Very much so with other OCs or canon characters! He isn't terribly picky and loves to flirt and romance anyone. He might have difficulty opening up to the idea of anything serious, though, but it's very possible.

As mentioned, Jack has the ability to shift into a monster that can read thoughts, memories and feelings of other characters at will. Characters who are guarded and protective of their minds he may have a hard time reading and not find out anything at all. Let me know if you would prefer to not have your character's thoughts read if he ever shifts into his monster mode around your character.
